Our jams are made with hand-milled whole fruit, giving them a naturally thicker texture and more fruit body. Our jellies are made from gently strained fruit juice, resulting in a smoother, clearer finish. Both are crafted in small batches with real organic fruit and a touch of organic agave — no refined sugar, ever.
▶Do your jellies contain refined sugar?
No. Like our jams, our jellies are made with fruit, a touch of organic agave, and citrus pectin—never refined sugar.
▶How do they differ from jams?
Jellies are smooth and seedless, made by straining the fruit juice, while jams have whole fruit pieces for extra texture.
▶What’s the shelf life?
8–12 months unopened; once opened, refrigerate and enjoy within ~6 weeks.
