Welcome to Love Less Sugar. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Order and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance. Payment must be made in full before orders are processed and shipped.

No Returns
Due to the nature of our products (perishable food items), we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items. We will work with our carrier’s insurance to resolve the issue and send a replacement as soon as possible.

Shipping and Delivery
For orders shipped within Florida, we use 1-day ground shipping to ensure your products arrive fresh and quickly. Orders outside of Florida typically take 2 to 5 or more business days, depending on the destination, using the fastest service available.
Please note that during holiday seasons and severe weather events, shipping times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

Pickup Orders
If you select pickup, please collect your order during specified market hours (8am – Noon). Orders not picked up within the designated time may be subject to cancellation or additional fees.

Food Handling and Storage
Our jams and preserves are made following Florida’s cottage food laws and the National Center for Home Food Preservation guidelines to ensure safety and quality. Please refrigerate opened products and consume within 6 weeks for best freshness and flavor.
Our baked goods are baked to order and contain no preservatives, so they have a shorter shelf life. We recommend consuming them within 3-5 days. To maintain freshness, store baked goods in a Ziplock-type container. Freezing is possible but may alter the taste and texture, often causing dryness.

Allergen Disclaimer
We offer gluten-free baked goods, and all our preserves are considered gluten-free. We take all necessary precautions to prevent cross-contamination by thoroughly cleaning surfaces that may have come into contact with gluten prior to baking. Additionally, we use separate baking supplies for our gluten-free items.
However, if you have major sensitivities or severe allergies, we strongly recommend consulting your healthcare provider before ordering, as our kitchen is not a certified allergen-free facility.
