We bake in small batches to order, with no preservatives. They’re best enjoyed within 3–5 days of delivery.

Yes, we bake select gluten-free items. We use separate baking supplies and clean surfaces carefully, but our kitchen is not certified gluten-free—please consider sensitivities.

Store at room temperature in an airtight container for 3–5 days. For longer storage, freeze and thaw at room temp. Note: freezing may slightly change texture.
